Terms of Service:

Please have a read through my TOS! By commissioning me, you agree to have accepted my terms :)

Terms of Service:You will receive a digital file. Nothing will be printed, shipped, or delivered to you, it is purely a digital piece of artwork that will be sent to you online.You may:
- Use the commissioned piece for commercial purposes
- Use the commissioned piece for non-profit or personal purposes, tooYou may not:
- Claim the commissioned piece as your own
- Use or edit the commissioned piece in any derogatory way or with aims to offend, upset, or harm othersPayment:
Payment will be due after the commission is completed. I only accept PayPal payment.
Before payment, you will see a preview of the work containing a watermark. You will get to see the sketch before further progress is made, in order to let me know if you want any modifications, and once before the artwork is completed.Prices are not set to those displayed, and special exceptions may be made. For example, a highly detailed prop along with a character could increase the overall price of the commission. Likewise, if I deem a commission to be quite simple for its category, the price may be reduced. This is not a guarantee.Any prices will be established between me, the artist, and you, the customer, prior to the commission being worked on.No changes will be made to the price once I have started working on it - unless drastic changes are requested by the commissioner (you).(If only a sketch is purchased then any work in progress images will not be sent – you will only see the final artwork).Social:
You will be expected to communicate in a polite manner and provide the best references that you can supply. If no references are available, it is possible (but not guaranteed) that I can use a detailed description – talk with me first.
Unless you ask me directly, I have the right to upload your artwork as an example to my social
media; if you wish to be tagged let me know in advance.Any changes or specific requests should be communicated before the commission has started. Send me an email or direct message if you have any concerns or questions.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission at my own discretion.
